ABSTRACT
Objetivo: descrever a partir da literatura cientifica os principais desafios relacionados ao acolhimento na Estratégia Saúde da Família, a partir da visão de distintos atores sociais. Fonte de dados: trata - se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura cuja busca dos artigos foi realizada na Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS - Bireme), contemplando as Bases de dados Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) e posteriormente a Publisher Medline (PubMed). Os resultados encontrados foram categorizados em eixos previamente definidos, norteadores da discussão, os quais foram: (I) acolhimento na perspectiva da acessibilidade e resolutividade, (II) acolhimento na perspectiva do vínculo e da comunicação com usuários e (III) acolhimento na perspectiva de mudança no processo de trabalho da equipe. Resumo das conclusões: dificuldades para referenciar e contrarreferenciar os usuários a partir do acolhimento aos outros níveis de atenção, a infraestrutura precária das Unidades de Saúde, a quantidade insuficiente de profissionais e poucos espaços para discussões e o fortalecimento do trabalho em equipe multidisciplinar são algumas das questões identificadas nos estudos que interferem no acolhimento de forma efetiva aos usuários.
Objective: the purpose of this integrative review is to describe from the scientific literature the main challenges related to the user embracement in the Family Health Strategy, from the view of different actors. Data source: the search for articles was held at the Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde (BVS - Bireme), contemplating the Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS), the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (MEDLINE) Databases and later the Publisher Medline (PubMed). The results were categorized into pre - difined axis, guiding the discussion, which were: (I) user embracement in the perspective of accessibility and resolution, (II) user embracement in the bond and communication perspective and (III) user embracement in the perspective of the change in the team work process. Summary of findings: difficulties for reference and counter users from the user embracement to other levels of care, poor infrastructure of the health units, insufficient professional team and few spaces for discussion and strengthening work in a multidisciplinary team are some of the issues identified in the studies that interfere in the user embracement of the users.
